Red Mountain Grill

Red Mountain Grill has been a Summit County staple since 2006, offering casual American cuisine with a Southwest flair in a warm, lodge-like setting in Dillon, Colorado. The menu spans something for everyone — all-natural Angus beef burgers, brick oven pizzas, farm-fresh skillets, steaks, ribs, and specialty dishes like elk bratwurst and beer-battered walleye. Nightly dinner specials keep things fresh throughout the week, and weekend brunch draws a crowd with bottomless mimosas, house Bloody Marys, omelettes, huevos, and a full lineup of Benedicts.
